What we collect
Account info (name, email, mobile), purchase records, payment metadata from Razorpay, learning progress when applicable, and basic device/browser metadata to fight fraud and improve experience. We do not store your card details — that’s on Razorpay.
What we do with it
Operate the marketplace, deliver products, send order updates, calculate creator payouts, handle refunds, file GST returns, and improve the product. We do not sell or rent your data.
Marketing communications
We’ll send you relevant product updates, newsletter drops, and learning recommendations. Unsubscribe at any time from any email or via account settings.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account by writing to privacy@upskillme.in. We respond within 30 days as required under India’s DPDP Act 2023.
