Using UpskillMe
You may use UpskillMe to discover and purchase learning content. You must be 18 or older to create an account, or have parental consent. You agree not to attempt to scrape, redistribute, or resell content purchased on the platform.
Selling on UpskillMe
Creators agree that all listed content is original (or properly licensed), accurately described, and priced in accordance with platform guidelines. UpskillMe deducts a 20% platform commission on digital sales and 15% on live 1:1 sessions, settled weekly after the refund window.
Content & IP
Creators retain ownership of their content. By listing, you grant UpskillMe a non-exclusive licence to host, deliver, and market the content on the platform.
Disputes
Disputes are resolved first by UpskillMe’s in-house support, then via mediation, and finally by arbitration in New Delhi under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
