UpskillMe.in does not offer refunds. Every product is delivered instantly the moment payment clears — a PDF download link, an audio file, a course unlock, a live session booking. Because what you bought is in your hands the moment you bought it, we don’t support returns.
What this means in practice
- For digital products (PDFs, audio, video, full courses): you get instant access. No refund window applies.
- For course content delivered via Google Drive: your email is added to the file’s access list as soon as payment succeeds. Access is permanent.
- For live 1:1 sessions: cancellation more than 24 hours before the session lets you reschedule once at no cost. Within 24 hours, the booking is forfeited.
Failed payments & duplicate charges
If Razorpay records a successful payment but you didn’t receive access (network drops mid-checkout, browser closed before delivery), email support@upskillme.in with your invoice ID. We fix delivery issues, not refunds.
Duplicate charges that didn’t go through (where Razorpay shows two payment attempts for the same order) are reversed automatically by Razorpay within 5–7 working days per their standard reversal flow — not a refund we issue.
Disputed transactions
For fraud reports, unauthorised charges, or genuinely broken content, contact support first. We’ll investigate and, where appropriate, provide a goodwill credit toward a future purchase. Initiating a bank chargeback bypasses our team and is reserved for provable fraud.
